• Course validity will be as mentioned at purchase
• Course access cannot be extended

3. Content Usage Policy

• Recording videos is strictly prohibited
• Screen recording is not allowed
• Downloading and sharing content is prohibited
• Uploading content on YouTube or Telegram is prohibited
• Reselling course content is prohibited
• Violation may lead to permanent ban without refund

4. Refund Policy

• Refund request must be made within 48 hours of purchase
• User must have consumed less than 10% of total course content
• Refund requests after 48 hours will not be accepted
• If more than 10% content is accessed refund will not be provided
• Refund eligibility will be verified by AnnA Classes
• The sole decision of AnnA Classes shall be final
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Payment gateway charges may be deducted

5. Non Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after purchase
• Course not liked by student
• Technical issues from user device
• Internet connectivity issues
• Partial course completion
• Discounted purchases
• Combo course purchases
• More than 10% content consumed

6. Account Sharing Policy

• One account allowed per student
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited
• Multiple login detection may lead to suspension
• Account sharing will result in permanent ban
• No refund will be provided in such cases

7. Payments

• All payments are final
• Prices may change without notice
• Discount offers are time limited
• No price difference refund after purchase

8. Intellectual Property

• All videos notes and PDFs belong to AnnA Classes
• Unauthorized distribution prohibited
• Legal action may be taken for piracy

9. Termination

AnnA Classes reserves the right to terminate user access if terms are violated or content is shared. No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

• AnnA Classes does not guarantee marks or rank
• We do not guarantee exam success
• Student performance depends on individual effort
