• User must have consumed less than 10% of total course content

Refund will NOT be provided in the following situations:

• Refund request made after 48 hours
• More than 10% course content accessed
• Live classes attended
• Downloadable content accessed
• Course completed partially
• Change of mind after purchase
• Course not liked by student
• Teaching style not preferred
• Technical issue from user side
• Internet connectivity issues
• Discounted or promotional purchases
• Combo course purchases

3. Refund Process

• Refund request must be sent to official support email
• Include registered email and course details
• Refund request will be reviewed
• Eligible refunds will be approved
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

4. Refund Method

• Refund will be issued to original payment method
• Payment gateway charges may be deducted
• Processing time depends on payment provider
• AnnA Classes is not responsible for bank delays

5. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel within 48 hours
• Cancellation allowed only before 10% content consumption
• After that cancellation not allowed

6. Non Transferable

• Course purchases are non transferable
• Refund cannot be transferred to another course
• Refund cannot be converted to credits

7. Right to Reject

AnnA Classes reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the policy conditions. The sole decision of AnnA Classes shall be final and binding.
